The State of Maine allows for the issuance of concealed carry permits for both resident and non-resident applicants. This state endorsed program requires online or in person safety training. Concealed Coalition is committed to providing this training to all users at no charge.
Maine is a Constitutional Carry state, meaning there is no permit required to carry open or concealed, but due to reciprocity laws, the Maine concealed carry permit is currently recognized in 29 additional states. This means that if you are a Maine resident with a valid Maine concealed carry permit, you can legally carry concealed in any of the other 29 states recognizing the Maine permit.
