If you are an adult who is legally allowed to own a firearm, you can apply for a North Carolina concealed carry permit. By getting a North Carolina concealed carry permit, you will not only be allowed to conceal and carry within the state, but also in states that have reciprocity agreements with NC.
In order to obtain your North Carolina concealed carry permit, you will first need to complete a North Carolina concealed carry training course, which we offer at Concealed Coalition. Following the completion of this course, you will receive a certificate that serves as proof of your training, which will come into play during the application process for your North Carolina concealed carry permit.
At Concealed Coalition, we’re proud to be a leader in firearms education. Regardless of whether you take an online or in-person class, you’ll get a detailed overview of the basics of firearm safety and operation, as well as diving into additional complex topics like law enforcement interactions and the legality of self-defense situations. Our certified instructors also cover relevant firearm-related laws and regulations, and each course is state-specific, so you can feel confident that you are receiving the most up-to-date information on North Carolina concealed carry laws.
Here’s what some of our North Carolina students had to say about our North Carolina concealed carry training:
“I really enjoyed the training. At first I thought it would be little I would learn, because I am a retired veteran. I was greatly impressed with the knowledge I gained during this course. The instructor was very knowledgeable of the laws of North Carolina as well as a plethora of handguns.” -Terrance M.
“Spent the day with my wife and qualified for applying for CCP. [The instructor] did an excellent job answering questions and going through statutes for North Carolina. He even spent time doing hands on gun loading for my wife who has never shot before. Highly recommend.” -Charles B.
